Each year, members of Oakland's City Council are asked to nominate a small business in their district to honor the spirit of entrepreneurship done the right way. Frohm's Martial Arts, located at 5851 MacArthrur Boulevard, was chosen by Councilperson Brooks for District 6. "Master Ernest Frohm, who owns and founded the company in 2000, has been a beacon in terms of revitalizing and bringing life to the community," says Councilperson Brooks.
